Patios & Footpaths
Pressure steamed cleaned paths and footpaths will:
Remove all moss
Remove all algae
Remove all slime
So your surfaces are looking like new again.
Pattern Imprinted Concrete
Untreated and poorly maintained pattern imprinted concrete will erode and deteriorate with general every day use. Weather conditions and traffic will eventually
wear back the original protective sealant.
Approximately every 3 years this type of driveway is due for a re-seal. This is essential maintenance that will protect the structure of your driveway and keep the
surface colour from wearing away. It will also enhance the colour and make your driveway look like new again.
Before & After
Block Paving patios and driveways will always attract various forms of weeds and algae to the surface and
between the joints of the pavers. This is because the block paving is porous, and the sand within the jointing
sand holds moisture. This enables moss, weeds, algae and lichen to form on most driveways or patios,
particularly those that are North facing and shady areas.
Sealing your driveway or patio creates a non porous resin barrier, this will waterproof the block paving,
stabilise the jointing sand and greatly reduce colour loss from UV light.
